Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort

We stayed for 3 nights and it was more than enough. It’s definitely a place for families to stay. Breakfast comes with a lot of variety of food. Drinks were great. We loved the restaurant-bar on the hill - it offered a much more calm atmosphere than all the kids running around in the main lobby screaming like there is no tomorrow. Staff is incredibly attentive and friendly.

I booked this resort by chance after finding it on Booking.com, and I was expecting it to be nice — but it exceeded my expectations. The location is close to everything, the cleanliness, the service, and the spacious room were all excellent. The reception staff provided the service I wanted with great hospitality. The gym was nice and clean, and the public swimming pool was large and well-maintained. Everything about this week was just perfect.

My family and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Phuket and had a truly memorable experience. One of the standout highlights was the marine biology session with Nadia, the resort’s marine biologist—she was incredibly knowledgeable, and our child was completely captivated by her engaging and educational approach. Mikey brought such warmth and humour to the resort, making our child feel comfortable, welcomed, and thoroughly entertained throughout our stay. Ti Ti also did a fantastic job running the kids’ club—our child eagerly looked forward to the daily activities and had a great time. The views over the bay were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset—perfect for unwinding and soaking in the natural beauty of Phuket. We enjoyed a variety of meals at the resort, all of which were fresh, flavourful, and satisfying. The Nahm Spa was a peaceful oasis, offering top-quality treatments in a serene and calming environment. The buggy drivers were also very friendly and always ready to assist, adding to the overall sense of hospitality and ease. Most importantly, every staff member we encountered was welcoming, helpful, and attentive, making our entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. Highly recommended for families seeking a wonderful mix of fun, learning, and rejuvenation in a stunning setting.

EVERYTHING at the Hyatt regency is PERFECT. (You're very hard to please if you don't like the Hyatt at Phuket) The staff are amazing, the breakfast buffet is simply 'off-the-charts'. The golf carts are everywhere to get you around. late checkouts are not a major problem. The rooms are well maintained and tasteful. There's plenty of TV channels. The pool is HUGE and Mr Lee and the pool staff are fabulous. The check-in staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I could go on-and-on, buy honestly, I can't fault the place!

Me and my husband were here one week for our honeymoon and we really loved the hotel! They fixed a honeymoon-room for us, with no extra charges. Lovely view over the ocean! The cleaning of the room was GREAT! The breakfast was superb and the staff was really nice and friendly. We LOVED Casa Boho where you could get a cabana for a nice price (which you could drink or eat for) and enjoyed the infinity pool with the amazing view, spent 4 days there instead of the big pool. It's a bit far to walk to any close beaches but there is a shuttle bus, which we never used cause we liked the pools better. I would love to go here again!!
